Saudi Arabia has started for initiatives to support the development of SMEs in the kingdom, these initiatives are:
1- Taxes reimbursement paid by SMEs businesses paid to government.
2- Kafalah program which is designed to support SMEs, by covering a percentage risk of failed investments.
3- Indirect SMEs funding of 426 M $ for banks to support SMEs with funding at lower costs.
4- Saudi Venture capital program
