The law includes regulations on the different legal forms that a company can take, other general company-related regulations and sanctions.

Decree NO.29 of 2011

The law provides all information on how to set-up a company, its registration procedures, its legal form, name, company declaration and termination, as well as stakeholders' rights and shares.
