Law NO.2 of 2019

the law aims at supporting the competitiveness of national products and combating harmful practices in international trade.

Law NO. 24 of 2010

The law provides information on all related information and procedures to protect an emerging industry.

Decree NO.15 of 2001

The exports of agricultural, industrial and extracted products of Syrian origin as well as temporary entry processes for manufacturing and re-export are exempted from tax on agricultural production.

Law NO.7 of 2008

Article NO.6 of the law enacted the establishment of free competition and monopoly prohibition authority that work on guaranteeing competition and free prices, also the law indicates the prohibited practices that disturb competition.

Law NO.3 of 2016

The authority is charged of supporting, developing, and improving local production and enhancing its competitiveness, encouraging investment and stimulating export by contributing to the development of  laws that support the export environment, and activating mechanisms to protect and encourage local production.
