Law NO. 52 of 2012

Under the article NO.2  of the Mauritanian investment law, the law provides all regulations related to SMEs, their rights, and some privileges.

Law NO.20 of 2018

The law provides a clear definition for SMEs and startups.

Law NO. (74/2) of 2013 (1435 HIJRI)

The Investment Promotion Law includes incentives for SMEs.

Law NO.11 of 2012

A law establishing a Mohammed bin Rashid Fund to support SMEs.

Federal law NO.2 of 2014

The objectives of the law are to develop SMEs which play an important role in the economic development, also to strengthen SMEs' competitiveness, and to enhance the entrepreneurial environment, moreover, to spread the culture of creativity and innovation especially among youth generation.

A decision is made by the Minister of Industry and Trade to issue their industry and trade strategies related to MSMEs.

The law allowed the establishment of micro-finance enterprises in Egypt.
