Decree NO.94

This law replaces the Trademark Law issued by Decree No. 94 of 1428H and includes: the definition of its terms and phrases, trademark registration procedures, those entitled to register trademarks, the protection of a trademark, the cancellation of the registration of a trademark, the transfer of title, , Licensing contracts, collective marks, control marks and signs of public interest bodies

Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA)

ESCWA has been working on a project for SMEs that aims to enhance and support the entrepreneurship ecosystem and private sector (M/SMEs) in Arab region. In This regard, ESCWA is developing an SME Digital Enabling Portal for the Arab region which will serve as a one stop shop for information related to finance, legislation, learning and development, UN initiatives and market opportunities.
