The law covers many important aspects related to products custom clearance within the land and maritime customs range, according to type, origin, and the exporter of the product, it also provides details on principles of applying custom tariffs, and sanctions (Law is only available in Arabic).

Law NO. 14 of 1990

Providing all regulations concerning custom clearance of products within the land and maritime customs range, applicable custom tariffs, exemptions and penalties, rules for export and imports, prevention and restriction (Law is only available in Arabic).
