Law NO. 22 of  1989

It regulates the industrial sector, providing a general definition for industries by size, as well as it provides information on how to get an industrial licence.

Law NO.198 of 2014

 This law provides information and industrial licencing for mines and quarries, it also regulates their work.

Law NO.20 of 2010

This law aimed at developing, developing, organizing and protecting industrial activity, diversifying its technologies and capabilities, and relying on local raw materials. And its production base and raise its competitiveness.

Law NO. 18 of 1998

The law covers many important issues related to the industrial sector in Jordan, such as it is required to have a license to establish an industrial zone, the ministry also works on designing industrial and trade-related strategies and policies, setting and controlling prices of primary goods in the market, and sanctions, it also regulates the international commercial and industrial relations, (amended by law NO.14 of 2016).

The law provides all related information and procedures to protect an emerging industry.

Law NO. 20 of 2006

the law covers many things related to industrial sector, such as industrial licences,industrial register, control and sanctions, rights and duties, as well as developing and promoting industrial project in GCC region.
