Global Innovation Fund

A fund that invests in social innovations that aim to improve the lives and opportunities of millions of people in the developing world.Through its grants and risk capital, it supports solutions to global development challenges from social enterprises, for-profit firms, non-profit organisations, researchers, and government agencies. It offers grants, loans (including convertible debt), and equity investments. 

Common Fund for Commodities

It provides a range of financial and technical instruments to support projects proposed by enterprises, cooperatives and institutions along the entire commodity value chain in its member countries. It offers mainly through loans to finance equipment, working capital or trade finance needs. Women entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply.

 

Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development

A financial institution in Sudan with the vision of achieving food security in its 21 member states. It has accumulated experience in the field of agricultural investment, both in plant production, animal production and related fields. It also contributes to sustainable agricultural development and improves the lives of thousands of people through income generating projects, scientific research services, technology transfer, revolving loan programs and many developmental activities.

 

USAID

A government agency that encourages businesses and investments at supporting and enhancing the growth of micro and small business (MSEs). It works with local government officials in targeted areas to help them attract investment to their communities and facilitate growth. It fosters better access to finance, encourages better MSE access to finance by working with developmental and micro-finance institutions to improve their service offerings to firms and individuals, as well as helping more MSEs become more eligible to borrow.

WAIN - Women Angels Investor Network

An investor network for women in the MENA region.  its goal is to build an informed ecosystem of women investors who support women entrepreneurs in the Arab world. It aims to create an active network of business women and democratise access to capital by providing investment opportunities to individuals and facilitating capital-raising for entrepreneurs.

Saudi Fund for Development

Its main objectives are to participate in financing development projects in the developing countries by granting them the necessary loans, technical aids necessary for financing studies and institutional support and financing and guaranteeing the national non-crude oil exports. It contributes to these projects by providing soft loans.
