The study entitled Arab Horizon 2030: Digital Technologies for Development is a central part of ESCWA efforts to promote radical policy changes towards utilizing digital technologies for sustainable development in Arab countries.

The report identifies Science and Technology Parks (STPs), whith mentioning their goals and objectives, governance management and evaluation criteria in the Arab region. 

The report discusses science, technology and innovation (STI) in Arab context, including STI structure, technology transfer and adaptation and the Paris agreement, in addition to, technology opportunities for sustainable development.
